About the Event

Join Mary Ann and Sarah as they chat with experienced leader, Christine Hildebrand, about the artform of managing hybrid teams.

You might be wondering, "What on earth is a hybrid team?". Sarah asked Mary Ann the same question when she suggested this topic.

Let us fill you in. A hybrid team consists of some employees who work within a specific location (example: office), while the rest work elsewhere (example: at home, on site, etc).

Some of our questions for the guest speaker include:

"How does allowing your team flexibility around where they work benefit the organization?"

"Are employees as productive when they aren't working in a traditional environment?"

"As an employee, how can I cultivate connection with my colleagues if I don't share space with them?"

"What are some of the disadvantages of having a hybrid team? What are the possible advantages of having a hybrid team?"

All proceeds from this month's live event will be donated to reBOOT Canada. Incorporated in Ontario on May 3, 1995, the primary purpose of reBOOT is making the internet and digital tools accessible to under-served communities and individuals across Canada so they can be connected, build capacity for self-sufficiency and improve their employment and education prospects. reBOOT is guided by the core values of sustainability, innovation and environmental stewardship, accountability and education.
